Making ohiphcv.ca a designee eliminates the need for you to keep the GO Secure password on this site up to date.

Here is how to do it:

1. Log into the MOHLTC website using your GO Secure account.
2. Click "Add Designee"
3. For the Designee Details, enter the following values:
   • Name:  OHIPHCV SUPPORT
   • Email : support@ohiphcv.ca 
4. Confirm this Designation

When the above steps are done, the ministry will send us an email. We will Confirm accepting the designation and your account will be all set.

 

NOTE: The Designation above also works for existing accounts that have previously enetered their GO Secure info during the Signup process.

Whether you decide to keep your GO Secure info up to date on ohipHCV.ca under Account Settings, or you choose to designate us, access to the validation service will be identical.
